FTJournal.

Plan the trade. Trade the plan.

Log every trade you take — winners and losers. Your coach reads your journal so the feedback you get is about your trading, not trading in general.

Trade your plan.
Prove it in the journal.

Log each trade right after you flatten. FTJournal turns it into the numbers a spreadsheet won't show you, tracks your prop-firm floors, and Randy reads it, so his feedback is about your trading.

How it works

Log. Review. Get coached.

01 · Log

30 seconds after you flatten

Simple mode: P&L and long or short, done. Detailed mode: entry, exit, stop and fees, and it works the P&L out for you.

02 · Review

See where the edge leaks

Win rate, profit factor and expectancy by session, instrument and rule break, and a calendar of every day.

03 · Get coached

Randy reads it

Notes on the exact trade, and a weekly report card on how you're trading, not just what you made.

What FTJournal does

Built for how this room trades

Your real numbers

Win rate, profit factor and expectancy, by session, instrument and rule break. Fees come off imported trades.

Prop-firm floors

Room to the floor and the daily limit, by each firm's own rules, with ready-made settings for Topstep, Apex, Lucid and Tradeify accounts.

Randy reads it

Notes on the exact trade and a weekly report card on risk, discipline, selectivity and journaling.

Every day on a calendar

Green and red days at a glance, with the P&L on each. Tap a day to see its trades.

Share cards for the Discord

Post a trade or your week as an image, with the "simulated account" fine print added for you.

Import from Tradovate

Bring in a Tradovate export instead of typing every trade. Duplicates are skipped.

The coach's side

Feedback on the trades you actually took

Randy sees every member's journal in one place, with whoever needs him first at the top: who has gone quiet, who keeps breaking their own rules, who hasn't had a report card lately. He can leave a note on a single trade and grade how you traded, so a green week with sloppy habits still gets called out.

Other members can't see your journal. Only you and the room's coaches can.

Note from Randy · MNQZ6 short

"Good stop, wrong entry. You chased the first push. Wait for the retest like Tuesday."

Questions

Before you sign in

How do I get access?

Join Flaco Trades on Whop. Randy then adds you by email, and the invite email has your sign-in link.

Is the journal included in my Whop membership?

No. It's $7.99 a month after a 30-day free trial, billed separately by FTJournal.

Can other members see my journal?

No. Only you and the room's coaches can open it. The server checks who is asking on every request.

Does it connect to my broker or prop firm?

No. You log trades yourself or import a Tradovate export. Nothing is pulled from your accounts, and nothing is verified.

Is any of this financial advice?

No. It's a journal: every number is arithmetic on what you enter. Trading futures carries real risk of loss.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from Settings → Delete my account. Any subscription stops at the same moment.

FTJournal is built in partnership with Flaco Trades. A Flaco Trades membership on Whop and an FTJournal subscription are separate purchases. FTJournal is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Topstep, Apex Trader Funding, Lucid Trading, Tradeify, Tradovate or CME Group; their names are used only to describe the accounts and exports the journal works with.
